No one said this would be easy! Tomorrow is a new day. You can do this. One day at a time.

I often feel like their are some days/weeks, where I do not want to weigh in, however, the only way to stay true to yourself and keep on track (or get on track) is to weigh in, and do it weekly faithfully. I know sometimes it may be depressing or a waste of time, but sometimes we need that little step of motivation to know that we are trying to make a difference. Besides, having to face an awful weigh in changes the perspective of my week to come, and I find that I change my mind and try to start feeling better about next week, by making the right choices this week. You can do this, I know you can, just stay true to yourself, even on the days that you eat out of control, make the choice and the control to write it down on here. Trust me, you will be thankful that you did in the long run!!

Your weight chart looks good. One day of setbacks won't hurt; it takes most people over 3000 calories to gain one pound anyway. Also, you don't need to weigh every day. Once a week will show you more steady progress. Just keep on going!
