HELP! I am falling off. I am not gaining weight but I am slacking on fat secret as well as not continuing to lose weight! I am being conscience of what I am eating so I am not gaining (semi-win) but I am not losing either. There is def a direct correlation with my performance and mu under utilization of Fat secret. So yell, scold, encourage whatever you think will work but I NEED to pick it up!


Sorry friends. I am back and here for you!

Well, you can only want this for yourself. You have to make up in your mind that change has to come. You will feel uncomfortable. And your suppose to. If your not seeing results try harder! No slacking off. You are doing this to get a better quality of life. You deserve it and don't let it pass you by another day! Fight for what you want....exercise, eat right, count calories, journal, stay positive, weigh yourself! But never give up!!!! You can do it!

OH you know what I am going to give myself little wins. I forgot. I saw myself gaining this weekend so living in a city, I decided to get outside and walk. I walked everywhere I went on Sunday and actually covered over 10 miles and that helped me drop back to my original weight. This is my kick off to the exercise and I am going to take it as a win! hehe

OKAY move over and make room on THAT train for me.....LOL. Been going threw the exact same thing. UGH.....BUT this week I am FOR SURE putting myself back in the game!!! I wonder could it be a subconscious thing.....THINKING we ARE still working on this....BUT really slacking a little? OR maybe our body wants time to catch up.....I don't know what it is. I know i have all sorts of issues and theories floating through my head, ALSO hearing a lot about UPPING my calories...ugh...MY thought if I am NOT losing- WHY would I do that???? But im giving it a go. I KNOW you can do it.....its such a mind thing. AND seeing you back on here.....by the way I was ABOUT to send out the search team...lol....IS probably half the battle right there. Like I said.....I feel you more than you think!!!! so lets say together....."WE CAN DO THIS!!!"..... :-) ps....No more disappearing acts...okay???? lol
