Yippie. The sun's coming back for 7 Days. Goodbye - Texas Blizzard. No Ride days during the blizzard, Cooking day today. Homemade Organic Butternut Squash soup, slow cooked black beans, slow cooked fresh peas, steamed red cabbage, steamed sweet potato. Ride tomorrow.

Rainey, we have better probability ratios, because Texas is dry & hot, most of the time. Rain & cold are not native to us. In the summer we try to see which year will set the record for number of 100+ degree days in a row.

Lovely! Your food looks amazing! I adore squash soup! And did you get your clear weather? I'm with raineybird on weather forecasts. In western Washington we seem to have even poorer luck knowing what will happen. Caught between the mountains and the puget sound, there is very little knowing what will happen next!
