ok, my TOM tracker app is right.. its def only 3 days away.. i am ravenous right now... craving chocolate... i took the teeeeeeniest sliver of this toffee peanut butter brownie my co-worker made.. and it made me want more! so i went ahead and ate my mid afternoon snack now to get it out of my system.. i JUST ate lunch.. i shouldn't want anything else!.. oh well.. keep it moving lol

today is day 2 of increasing my water intake to 96 oz... its working miracles!.. i'm really actually surprised how much better its making me feel. i was SOOO bloated the last 2 weeks due to not drinking enough water on my vk, then coming back and tearin it up at the gym with weights.. decided to do some interval jogging this week and increase my water so i can lessen the damage i did.

BUT of course, i look at my TOM tracker and sure enough, on the day of my weigh in, i'm due for my TOM.. really? whatever.. at this point i'm just tired of not knowing so i'll keep doing what i'm doing and see where i am so i can go ahead and work towards my goal. which at this point i'd be happy just to be at 159.9 by then..lol.. the 160s suck royally and i want OUTTA HERE!
