Well today I had a healthy breakfast. One scrambled egg, 2 turkey links. The egss had a teaspoon of cheese and diced tomoatoes. I love tomoatoes. I am meeting a friend today at the mall to take the kids to Build a Bear. She wants to eat at the food court. I am not sure how that is going to workout for me, but hopefully well. I will walk the mall and see how that works out for working out a little. I need to up my exercise.

I am going to look into buying vitamins today. I will head to GNC to see if I can find some for myself to take. I need to take a vitamin. However, I am not sure if that will add a little weight.

I have heard that before, but that is not the case with me... I take Vit B complex, calcium, and the mutivitamin...

I take a LOT of supplements, including vitamins and herbal supplements, and have no problem.

Breakfast sounds great! Eggs are a wonderful diet food. And don't underestimate walking. It's one of the best workouts you can do.
