slight setback...went to dinner with friends. had too much salt and caffeine. lol I hate water weight! I'm gonna do it better today! bonus tho for not going over calories yesterday even while eating out! I wanted another cheddar bay biscuit so bad! LOL but I stood strong in the face of temptation!
290.8 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sounds like you went to red lobster...lol I haven't been there in forever. They don't even have them down here. Good job resisting those yummy biscuits.

No kidding...I didn't even know it was possible to resist those flaky, buttery, chunks of heaven.

Lol thank you, thank you (bows politely and smiles)... it was VERY hard to resist but years of yo-yo dieting have taught me that I CANNOT be trusted around something that yummy without a little help! I made my hubby eat it!
