Its definiately going in the right direction again, although I was surprised to see a drop this morning. I had kettle bell training last night & its was incredibly tough. A full hour, full on. & then a late dinner( around 9.30pm). My only ready meal of the week, but I had a lot of protein during the day, starting with kippers for breakfast, a pork chop midmorning, trout at lunchtime & a protein bar before the class. This afternoon I will see James for another hour, what might he have in store for me today?
