80/10/10
Does anyone here live the 80/10/10 lifestyle? My daughter is sort of following it and I have also startet to eat a lot more raw. Eating so much sweet and ripe fruit has really curbed my cravings for chocolate.
I have although startet reading a book about it and a lot of things in it make sense to me. Hey I feed my dogs a raw natural diet and they thrive. BUT I am still sceptical. I would love to hear from people who follow it and about your experience. I have noticed that my digestive track is so much happier and I seem to have tons of energy and I sleep really well.

Dairy Intolerance
Thank you so much for your responses. I was totally dairy free for 3 weeks. I must say that tastebuds get used to a lot of things: I do like black coffee now! and then I had a tiny little ice cream. OH BOY, I had to stay close to a certain little room most of the day. Overall I do feel better, less bloated. So for now I simply avoid dairy.
