I know it is discouraging to have to start over. So many of us have regained weight that was so hard to lose in the first place. The good news is that you know you can do it! Best successes to you!

Forcing the body to rely on fat for fuel, certainly makes it much easier to become a 24/7 body fat burning machine. Doesn't take that long to get there. 2-3 days maybe. I do enjoy the fact that the body fat burn feel good factor far surpass what a short moment of cheat has to offer. Best wishes for a smooth switch.

Thank you all for your good wishes. In August of 2013 I weighed 198 by August of 2014 I weighed 163. I am going to try to do the same thing this time. I am not going for Ketosis. I am just trying to keep my carbs under 50 per day and my calories under 1400.
