I have a hard time staying motivated after 3 months..I only lose about a pound a week..They say that is good, but I want to find my energy level..and do more! I have no energy..

What are you doing to try to lose this weight? Diet, if so what kind? Exercise?

A pound a week is great. But you need to make sure you eat to fuel your body. Losing 10% of your body weight can make you feel a whole lot better. Make sure to get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. If your really feeling bad for a long time, it might be good to get checked out by a doctor (low iron, thyroid, etc.)
