Navida's Journal, 23 July 2010

Here's the test for today. I had chinese food for lunch. I made good choices (as best as I could tell) but i'm going to have a bit of difficulty guessing the quantities. And all that sodium... we'll see what the scale says in the morning :)

well...then i ate a bunch of pork rinds.... they were low carb tho :-)

yeah but a ton of salt but the good thing is if you gain alittle at least its just water from the salt lol! comes off easy!
