feeling so much better than a week ago! back on the wagon and feeling really focused on getting more healthy again. spent 10 days in Ethiopia on a medical mission and had felt so great with clean eating and zero preservatives! hardly any snacking other than protein bars and walking a minimum of 2 miles a day and drinking 2 liters of water minimum daily. Gotta get back to that again! have searched up some of the recipes for the foods we ate there and I'm gonna start making those.
