Day 2 of Intermittent fasting. Inspired me to stop eating in the evening. I don't think I can make it past 12 hours, but I'll remain open minded. Maybe I can. Also doing a lose 10-20 pounds in 6 weeks challenge. I like the challenges. They keep me focused on my goal.
