thank goodness I'm back. Off track for 2 weeks. back now and i'm in a good place. Lots of veggies, some beans and a green smoothie. Cravings are way down with no bad carbs.

This is what works for me. Mainly protein and veggies, occasionally some fruit. NO SUGAR, NO MILK, NO BREADS, NO PASTAS NO RICE, ABSOLUTELY NO STARCHY FOODS!
