day 356..gooooooood morningggg fs!!!!!!...wow...wakin up to 68 outside this morning, but had rain most of the nite..had storms to but i slept thru most of that..suppose to have rain and probly storms until tomow...so that will cut down on the outside movement..was so bored yesterday afternoon i layed down an slept for couple of hours..must of needed it..gettin ready to check the weather out and get ready for my morning walk, then a journey to the gym..not sure what im gonna do ther, but gonna change my workout routine...i do think my body has gotten use to the routine..dont really want to do weights again, until i get more weight off, but have been thinkin about doing some kind of a workout with my legs thinkin that will also work my gut..just not to sure right now..trans planted 2 of my tomatoe plants yesterday ...the 2 that was upside down wasnt in big enough containers, it takes a 5 gallon bucket for the roots to grow, i had one in a gallon milk jug...so hopin they will perk up and start growin bck up to the sky again...yesterday they was bent over an growin to the ground..lol...well need to get up and go outside an see if i can see any stars , see how low the clouds are before i plan my breakfast...no since in havin a protein shake if i cant work it off..even though since ive switched to the heavy cream its sooooooooooo much better...gives it a milk shake taste now...almost like a marshmellow taste now..mmmmmmm good...well catch you all later..have a greattttttt monday!!!!


addon...went out looked at the sky all you could see was the moon and it was partially covered by clouds..but still was thinkin walkin time...went inside fixed my protein shake...drank it..and then went bck to bed...lol...slept for 2 hours or so..got up, stomache was botherin me..lots of gas for some reason..took care of that problm...went bck to bed..just got up again..feel like crap..think my sinuses are botherin me..so gonna take some nose spray for it..to get it under control...and its stormin outside anyways...so another day inside...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. NO MORE THEN 20 CARBS PER DAY !!!!!
2. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
3. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN OR FAT, NOT CARBS!!!
4. I AM STICKING TO THE EATING ROUTINE...NO MORE CHEATING!!!!
5. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
6. I AM ONLY CHEATING MYSLF, WHEN I GIVE IN TO CARBS!!!!
7. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
8. I AM WALKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!!
9. I'M DOING GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS OFF, NOW I AM REFOCUSING TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!!
10. I WORK THE UPPER PART OF MY BODY, THE DAYS IM NOT WALKING!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS EVEN WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!

Ok - hope you are happy now that you have my mouth watering for one of those protein shakes! Heavy cream is not on SB for me....but I know how much better it tastes - I did Atkins briefly a number years ago and I absolutely loved having my daily Breve at Starbucks - steamed half-n-half with expresso - OMG YUMMMMM! Have a great day Mike and glad to see you made yourself go to the gym today!
