My weight has been creeping up. I'm actually pleased I wasn't more than 162. I only took in about 1000 cals yesterday and biked > an hour just to get back on the tracks. Now that the holidays are over, my eating should improve. My workouts continue to be solid and consistent. I've even started doing Ab Ripper-X again and lifting heavy with DJ. When DJ leaves on his mission I'll likely start P90X again. The main thing is that i need to eat much better!

Christmas was very nice. Great to have DJ home and us all together. We missed not being with my mom and I've had a lot of good thoughts about my dad.

Today is Megan's 11th birthday!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
