my 2 week induction period again, 8 lbs lost. Can't complain about that. Loosing inches as well over 4 off my tummy. Been working out on my coma maker machine each night 30 minutes even on Sunday! Had a tougher time this weekend than i had been having seem to be very hungry - course i am bad about not drinking water at home! well can't wait for my offical weigh in on Thursday! hoping to be down another pound or 2

8 pounds is great! And 4 inches gone off your tummy! Congrats!! :D I hope you don't mind if I offer you some suggestions :) You would feel more full if you ate more fat, and looking at your Food Diary, I see you're not eating very many veggies. During Induction, you should try to get 12-15 of your net carbs from veggies; green, leafy ones are preferred. It's great that you're drinking water! Drinking lots of water every day has really helped me to lose. Good luck to you!

See if you can find a cup with a lid and straw to take everywhere with you. I have a handful of cups that I got from Wal-mart that I love and with them I always drink more water because it's just right there.the straw just folds down into the lid. It's awesome!
