Yesterday was an embarrassment to my diet, I didn't even finish recording it on here. I've told my parents that I'm trying to watch my weight and start over, but then... stuffed crust pizza? REALLY? One of my favorite weaknesses? That's just cruel. Plus I got froyo with my friend, so that didn't help (but hey I made sure there was fruit on it so that has to count for something, right?). Plus I didn't get any exercise in, but it's Saturday. Surely I can take a day off? Today I have to work, though, so I'm sure I'll be busy on my feet for a few hours. Besides, I'm making the very active decision to avoid the rest of that pizza if it is the death of me. I bought several bags of salad, now I just have to convince myself to eat it!

We all have our bad days. That doesn't mean it will swerve you off track though. It stinks not having family support, I can relate there. But that is why this site is so great. Everyone is so supportive and you will do this! :D
