UPDATED March 2014:
Started my initial journey on 08/22/2012 at 217 lbs. I have come about halfway of where I want to be and currently am 190 lbs. I need to be on the road to a better, hopefully healthier and much happier me. I want to say I am determined to get to where I want to be by years end, but only time will tell. I think the frustration is finally starting to outweigh my laziness.
BMI: 34.8 - obese
Considered obese until I'm 163, then I'll be merely overweight.
A 'healthy' weight for my height of 5'2 is about 101 - 136 lb.
My main goal is to get around 150/160.
Then decide where to go from there.
185 - Been around 190 for too long. Hoping to break this stall in my weight loss journey and achieve this by end of March.
