First started 08/22/2012 at 217 lbs.
I need to be on the road to a better, hopefully healthier and much happier me.
I want to say I am determined to get to where I want to be.
I think the frustration is finally starting to outweigh my laziness.
Only time will tell.
BMI: 35.2 - obese
Considered obese until I'm 163, then I'll be merely overweight.
A 'healthy' weight for my height of 5'2 is about 101 - 136 lb.
My main goal is to get around 150/160.
Then decide where to go from there.
