Day 11 is here! Still stong in my motivation with is great! I ate really well yesterday, in fact, I ate too little. It was warm and I was pre-occupied with a bunch of kids at the house! I am so tempted to step on the scale because I am really feeling thinner, but I am doing my best to resist! The scale is not what is important (this is soon to become my new mantra)!
Didn't do much exercising at all yesterday. Got in the pool for a bit, chased the kids around the house, and did my ballet warm up challenge, but that was pretty much it. Plan to hit up curves at lunch today and start with my crunches again, but my stomach needed a break! Cheers!
