Just finished my Day 2 Week 3 of my C25K training.. man i feel awesome and i was sweating buckets!! i love that..lol..

so tomorrow is my weigh in.. and for the first time i'm really excited.. for several reasons... #1.. i only need to lose 1.2 lbs for my wii to shut up about me being "obese".. lol...and maybe then my avatar won't have a belly that hangs out of her shirt.. bastards.. #2.. this last week or so (esp after i gained 0.7lbs due to my TOM)i learned there are things i can't control.. like i've read so many times on here, there is no way that i could have gained fat b/c my activities wouldn't lead to that.. so whatever the scale says, i'm ok with. My jogging keeps improving and i keep getting stronger and the muscle definition that is forming in my body is exciting!..

i thought i wouldn't want it, that i'd like to be slim vs muscular (i tend to bulk up).. but i love it and the way my body is looking in clothes. i don't mind big thighs (which i have) if they are all muscular and strong.. my eating has changed so much and i'm struggling to add calories to my diet b/c i'm eating every 3 or so hours.. and eating till i'm satisfied and STILL not getting to my calorie limit.. so everyday i try harder...my problem is i'm not compromising just to add a calorie. i could scarf something unhealthy and make my calorie limit in no time.. but i won't.. i love how i feel eating what's good for me.. so i'll just keep trying..

my day one on here was pathetic! 1/2 grapefruit, protein bar, a small steak, spinach and a small potato. Now i eat so much more and still eat less than the calories that added up to!!!..

Naiomy, you're doing great! So many people on here are running and I want to work my way up to that too. I also have thick muscular legs, and have a tendency to bulk up, so I stay away from lifting heavy weights with my legs. When I do weight training, I do light weight and high reps. My hubby is tall (6') with skinny legs, and I'm short with thick legs. We joke with one another that he got the chicken legs and I got thunderthighs...LOL

i hated my legs for so long and now i'm starting to just stare at them and watch for more definition and i'm so happy that i'm starting to like stuff on myself!!.. i'm the same way tammy, short with thick legs.. you can definitely do it.. if i can do it ANYBODY can.. reallly, i was the worst jogger ever.. its all about progression.. @stephanie thanks so much!.. and when i'm rockin those alicia keys thighs i'll make sure to take a pic lol...

WOW freaking awesome! I am so happy and proud that you have accomplish this in your life and you look freakin awesome! I have been keeping my mouth shut for awhile but the reason I think I gain 10 lbs is because I think I might be PREGNANT! Holy monkey yes tomorrow I find out for sure although I am like almost 2 weeks late LOL..but I took some test at home and both said I wasnt so IDK whats wrong with me..I had surgery in March for some health issues prior to having the twins so maybe its due to the surgery IDK..if I am preggo I cant do this working out anymore, I havent worked out since last saturday because I did my normal kickboxing and felt like I was going to die so I had to stop and my dr said no more until I find out for sure.. but I have been eatting ok still and watching the fat/calories that come in..wish me luck! :) and again U GO GIRL!

omg!!! girl u better watch out!.. u had twins the first time!!! lol.. well the good thing is you can keep track of everything even if u are and just do moderate walking and getting back to healthy till the baby comes! and if not we can go hard!.. thank you so much!!!

Girl, you better where your hot pants...I have one pair...shhh and I where them once a year on September 4 at 3:48am in the morning, with the lights off, blinds closed, door closed, and under my blanket. lol :-)
