Ok, day 6! Last night was tough because Raul wanted to take me out to dinner... Tough choices for me on the menu, but I stuck with the small prime rib. Lots of fat but I figured a 5 oz prime rib was better than a 10 oz sirloin... Very yummy though!
I didn't really get a chance to exercise yesterday. Wait, I just didn't. I guess that is ok because I needed a rest day.. So lets hope that the weekend doesn't kill my progress and motivation!!
