Karaoke was a success! I'm at a conference for a couple of days, so no weigh-ins, but I'm sticking to my diet wonderfully. Eating this way has truly become a way of life for me. Can't wait to see what the scale shows on Wednesday!
I see the people at this conference usually once or twice a year. It was pretty fun and rewarding that so many people didn't recognize me or were shocked at the change. There are others here who have lost weight, too, some that lost and gained it back, and some that are just where I was last year. For the first time in my life I think about my health more than how I look. I want to be healthy when I am old.

Good luck with the conference. I hope it opens doors to a lot of new business. You are doing so great! I just read up on your weekend, as well. Too bad about K, but better to know now than later.

I just love Karaoke! Sorry to hear about K, but like others have commented, better to see the 'warts' now rather than later! I wish I would have known more of that when i married in 2005...but then, I may have not met Ben...and we couldn't have that!! Glad the conference is going well,and congrats on no "x's"!
