I haven't done it, but i know ppl who have success with accupuncture. I used to be icked out by the idea, but now i would do it i think.

Good luck with it. My wife has had good pain relief with the physical therapist and chiropractor she visits (same office).

I have arthritis, which bothers me every day. Anti-inflammatory meds are all that keep me sleeping through the night. I just live with it during the day mostly. Good luck with finding something.

Voltaren is a god send. deepheat and similar gels do little I find but Voltaren will help you get some sleep mate

If it’s muscular, Epsom salt soaks should help calm it down. Ir you can spray with ionic magnesium. For rebalancing your skeletal-muscle system, check out Miranda Esmonde-White and her books (Forever Painless) and classic stretch videos.

I do needlework and put voltaren on my thumbs and it does help. Also I have some arthritis in the hip and pain patches at night help a lot. Lots of them on the market. I like salon pas.
