Well, I guess I can date and still lose weight! I went out with Kevin last night, and we are seeing each other again tonight. He understands my goals and is 100% supportive. What a sweet guy, I'm glad I met him.
This is usually when I stop losing weight. I lose weight, look good enough to attract them, pick one, stop dieting. Not gonna happen this time.

Good for you! I also have had that pattern - which is how I gained a lot of my weight back - not because I thought I didnt need to maintain, but after I got married just slacked off - but now, he is the greatest helper nd motivator.

Hey, I agree with HCB (one of my buddies) You gotta realize, when some one makes you feel icky, that is WRONG... but, when somewone make you feel special...BINGO! By the way, my light bulb moment was when you said we have to be nice to ourselves; because we are butiful; people. I use to think that no one else is being good to me, so I should. All of my favorite foods was that... candy, cake, ice-cream, chips & dip. But now I know what is really being nice to Me.. Not setting myself up for a heat attack or stroke. Thank you Lord for showing me the way now. So, I want to pay it forward by helping as many folks as I can by being supportive. Happy to help :D

Ditto pattern here too. First it was meeting DH and gaining. Then it was stopping with the trainer without out a plan. This time WILL BE DIFFERENT. Please God let it be different. I have a plan and it is FS buddy support. Best to you and Kev on your date tonight!
