Today I made amazing Keto mug cake🤤
One cake without toppings: 369kcal, 34.5g of fat, 14g of protein and... 7g of carbs (4g of net carbs)!!!
Warm, moisture and delicious...What could be better for sweet tooth 🙈

Do you only eat cake?? Looks completely fabulous. But to be honest I'd just prefer the berries and some greek yoghurt with mint, that's delicious too if you don't have the sweet tooth.

Debbie Cousins, sorry😉 next time I Share the recipe in first comment) What you need for this cake: 1 tbsp butter (14g) 1.5 tbsp cream cheese (24g) 1 egg 2 tbsp almond flour (25g) 0.5 tsp baking powder Vanilla extract Sweetener Pinch of salt What to do: Melt in microwave butter and cream cheese. Add 1 egg and mix well. Add another ingredients and mix it one again. Bake in microwave about 80-90 second. Don’t overcook it otherwise our cake will be too dry. Give it a minute to cool down and enjoy😋 I cut it into two pieces, add some cream from cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla extract, fresh strawberries and whipped almond cream 🤤
