Today I went to the gym before breakfast. I thought that I would have no power to train... But I had! It was great workout with great stretching in the end) As a gift l’ve got almost perfect cross split)) hope to get perfect in the next couple of weeks)))

I think you move better but it's mostly because regardless if I eat before I'm always hungry afterwards.

I used to be able to do the splits....had to do a lot of stretching on the swim team...
