First I would like to thank my buddies who commented and showed their rebelous side. I guess we all rebel to a certain degree! After all we rebel against food that brings us comfort. We show people we can do this healthy eating despite what they say.

Anyways for today I am in a bit of a funk, food is not my friend at the moment! So in therory I am rebelling against it.

My question of the day, is what do you do when you have turned yourslef off food? What causes this? Is it over indulgence on "bad" food, and not eating is a way of punishment? Do you force yourself to eat during these times because you know you have to?

My personal answers: I know that I am falling into old patterns, where food has little to no importance. Perhaps it is a punishment of sorts, or simply my body and mind working against eachother again. Feeling like food Ia a crutch, and I despise crutches. Yes I am aware that I need to eat, but as little as possible until to get through the day. It's a battle, and I am well aware that it is something that I will work through!

Okay it's time to get ready for another day at work.
Please everyone make today as good as a Monday can be!

I get scared sometimes that I am eating too much or getting too fat and then I go too far in the opposite direction. I have to check myself and find a good balance. Hope you find one, too. Enjoy your day!

I can not fathom ever turning away from food. Food does not always love me but I love love love food. Ha!

Good luck with finding the balance. What really works for me is pre-planing my food for the day on my food diary, and then eaing what is listed. I have hypothyroid and sometimes lose appetite, too. I know I must eat to keep up teh metabolic process if I want to lose weight. Also, nutrition plys a big role in my mood states.
