Now I am gaining weight? If that scale doesn't start moving again over the next couple of weeks I am probably going to go see a doctor to figure out what is wrong.

Sometimes eating more(reasonably) can actually get things going again. If you lost a lot at one time you body may slow things down a bit. Don't be dicouraged!

I am glad that you posted this because I have been having the same problem. I found a good link yesterday on the Mayo Clinic site (I will see if I can find again) that stated that sometimes if you drop your caloric intake too much than your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metoblism to sustain itself. I am not sure what your intake is on a dialy basis but maybe try raising it every other day or so by just a hundred or so. I am going to start switching on and off- one day higher the next lower and see how it works. I am sure that this is just a bump in the road. Dont get discourged you are doing great!!!

I am aiming for 1500 calories but range from 1300-2000 a day with a median somewhere around 1600.

Don't get worried about it hun. Have you eaten very salty things lately? You know I gain weight when I eat salty things. Give it some time. No worries!
