Getting frustrated. The scale hasn't moved since last friday even though I have been super-good about watching my intake.

Diet Calendar Entries for 05 May 2010:

Aww babe, it will be ok. You lost a bunch of weight in the beginning. Don't get discouraged, you're doing great!

It does get frustrating, but keep at it. I had exactly the same thing. Really great numbers for the first 30-40 pounds and then a couple of weeks of small weight loss and now its starting to drop again. Work through it and stay on track and you will do it. Don't let it bother you. (I feel like a hipocrite because it bothers me). You will succeed!!
