hey I posted yesterday! Where did it go? Oh well today is another day.
it is ok, I did go up a little but not going to bother posting it, those point posts are exhausting! you know one day 166.4 next 164.6 then 167! what the crazy is going on. I know I did take care of my beef craving with a big bowl or maybe 1-1/2 bowls of ground beef, onion, garlic, stewed tomats and since I'm not use to eating such a 'big' meal in the evening (7pm) that might be to blame. So I fixed stewed beef also and I'm having it for lunch instead of eating a big meal for dinner. I'll try to stay with munching on celery or something like that maybe a bit of almond butter. but at least I'm feeling good. I did stop by the 24/7 fitness place yesterday with the intention of cancelling my membership. I didn't use it all last week and this week (so far), I don't know many of the machines and normally just end up doing the bike or elipical thing. But the people there were so nice and insisted they would set me up on a plan and have the trainer talk with me today (they just hired a few trainers, just opened not long ago) so I agreed to come in today at 6 and see what they say. The cost is not too bad $15/month and they are open 24/7 PLUS they are airconditioned (no AC at home) so those are pluses, but I just feel down in the dumps about exercising (never liked it) and they have such young folks there, not a 64 yr old gray haired lady like me (although maybe they do just not when I'm there) And since I can only go before or after work, it means like 6 am or 6pm, I kind of like my sleep and in the evenings I'm drained. I'm sure I can find many more excuses, but I'm welling to give it another try and see what they say.

That is a great rate - even the dances I go to are $10 a night. Just get it into your head that you will be a 65-year-old pumped old gray haired lady next year and setting a great example!

thanks for the 'bump in my butt' Abbadabba :-) I did go and am considering signing up for the trainer once a week for 4 weeks to start. It is not cheap (trainer) but it might be what I need to get me moving :-) He was very encouraging and positive, which I know is their job but he won me over :-) So Monday I go for the Styku 3D body scan which is no cost & then I'll tell him "ok, lets train"!

There are plenty of routines online or in apps so if you can not do a trainer right now, at least get a magazine or app or a book out of the library for strength training
