Ooh...won't record it but was down .2 lbs today. Hope this gets to be a trend! Work out today was kinda crappy. Started strong, did Level 1 Cardio Max and then did most of No More Trouble Zones, and warm up and cool down. About 75 min. all together.
Supposed to go hiking tomorrow. DH wants to do a 13 mile hike. I think he's nuts : ) We'll see what happens...

You should record it! You earn every ounce you lose! ------------------------------------------------- You are so lucky doing all that exercise, went fishing for 5.5hours today, so that apparently boosted the workout, mostly it was just casting and not catching, lol standing in the wind, but whatever. I am going to try to relax a little after dinner and do a late night workout... Tomorrow is going to be more relaxed than I thought- it's just 3 of us going to 1 winery, and I'm going to try to get away with just tasting wines, not drinking a whole lot. We are going to eat there too, so I'm taking my book to help guide me through the menu. I have cake too, but I'm going to limit myself to 1 piece. It's my favorite cake in the whole world, and my bf special ordered it for me, so, I can't be too worried. Plus, this week will basically be my big mess-up week, and then I won't let this happen again for a LONG WHILE!! Anyway I'm so proud of you losing again!! You are on a roll now I just know it!

A 13 mile hike! You will lose some weight doing that one. I think you should record the weight loss too. Every ounce counts - and we always seem ready to record it if we gain. Awesome job on the exercise!
