Augh. I am Sooooooo frustrated. I have kept track of what I ate every day this month, and my average calorie intake on my calorie counter is 1289 a day, and it says I am down 12000 calories for the month, so why have I gained seven lb? No sense whatsoever, except that I guess I don't burn as many calories as they say which is odd, as I work a full time retail job, I'm always running around, but I don't count that workout, one would think I would burn more than it says.

May I say something? Maybe you are eating too little. The body enters the starvation mode when it senses you are restricting fuel. If anything, I would suggest keeping your cals at 1500 and exercising more, this would make your body run better. Never go under 1200. Try for a week and see. Good luck

i would think so if it weren't for the fact i already ate very little before i started tracking, the only thing i have been doing differently for the most part is exercising more, and cutting out a midafternoon snack.
