I can't wait to be below 200lbs! I must learn to have more patience with myself... I didn't put this weight on overnight so can't expect it to come off so quickly.

I share the same problem. I want it gone now and get so frustrated when I feel like I should be down and aren't. Keep up the hard work.

I am right there with you! I haven't been under 200 since 1993, which is the same year I met my husband. Hmmm.. can you say 'comfortable'?? Well, I'm no longer comfortable in my own skin, so this fat's got to go! Good work Lcarr452! Terra
