I knew it was going to be a bad week as I had way too much sugar intake. I had two days this week where something I ate did not agree with my stomach and had bad cramps. The kind where all you can do is try and sleep it off. So I was drinking Sprite and neither my work or apt vending machines carried it in Diet. So I drank quite a few of the regular kind since I felt so bad and did not want to make a special trip to the store just for diet soda. So I gained back a pound. But at least my stomach is feeling better (for the time being) and I am going to stay away from regular Sprite. I did notice by the end of the week that our vending machines at work carried Sprite Zero. I'm not sure if someone heard me complaining or not, but I was glad to see it there.

I'm so close now I can taste it. The last few weeks I've only lost about a pound a week so it's making the 200 pound mark drag and drag. I lost 2 pounds this past week so now I'm 201.5. Oh the torture!I want to hit 199 so bad. I haven't weighed 200 in about 6 years and it will be great to either weigh that or under it. Hopefully under. My exercise has been lacking the last few weeks due to moving in a month. I guess packing and moving the boxes around could count since the book boxes are pretty heavy. 42 pounds down now. I'm definitely at the halfway point.

I managed to loose my 1 pound this past week and have now hit 40 pounds lost. Which is good considering I was so bad this week. Every time I went into Target, the 1 pound bag of valentine M&M's were looking at me. So I bought a bag. I did try and do better by getting the dark chocolate. Couldn't find any with peanuts though to help with the damage. I'm moving into a new apt next month and the bag was right there while I was packing. It's just so easy to reach in and grab a few, then a few more, etc.I had pizza last night although it was only chicken and cheese again. I forgoed the thin crust. I tried it and didn't really like it as much. so overall, I'm happy with this weigh in week. I also managed to loose another 1/2 inch in my hips.

Stayed the same this week. Which is pretty good considering I celebrated getting a new apartment by eating the orange chicken at Panda Express with a regular Dr. Pepper. So, I'm still 1 pound away from 40. The weight on here is wrong. I put my weight at the doctor's office before I actually started the diet. I weighed 243.5 when I "officially" started.
