I am not going to weigh myself till Friday. I'm so discouraged. I have been so good and I'm not losing.

GO RED SOX !!!!!!!!!!
Okay, now that I've got that out of the way...
Yes, I gained a pound. AND, I was so good last night. I stayed away from all food and had 2.5 glasses of wine. I'm going right back on. I'm not giving up. No more wine till Friday night.
I also have a confession to make. Please don't judge me. All you wine snobs out there - I get enough abuse from my friends. Yes, it's true I Love White Zinfindel. I know, I know. But I really like it. And it's CHEAP! So No Cracks! YES, I know red is better for you! But it's kinda pink : )

Woke up and weighed myself. Yay! I have lost over a pound. It's about time.! So I've lost a wapping 4.7 lbs. I'm very happy but it's certainly not the 8-13 pounds SB claims. (It will be 2 weeks of Phase 1 on Monday). I have a big night out tonight. I gave my friends permission to slap my hand if they see me reaching for any goodies or appetizers. I will be having my wine DILUTED with seltzer. Don't even think about trying to talk me out of it!! Wish me luck! I wonder what the scale will say tomorrow.... TO BE CONTINUED! : )

Eggs for Breakfast, Salad for Lunch, Ricotta Cheese with vanilla and Equal (Very, Very, Good) and once again A whole pot of coffee. Walked 2+ miles. It's Friday night and I want a glass (or two) of wine. Still sticking with Phase I. I have a Halloween Party to go to tomorrow night. I am going to have wine with seltzer. First time in two weeks. I may go to the party early! ; )
