5.5 lbs!
I actually started SB on 10/15 at 146.2 lbs. I just started posting on 10/22. So on Monday it will be 3 weeks on Phase I. I'm afraid to start introducing different foods into my diet, so if anyone can give me some ideas of what to eat next week that would be great.
Today for Breakfast and Lunch I had Quiche (I posted this recipe, but it is waiting approval). For dinner I had mashed cauliflower (my daughter came home from college and ate my steak : ( I have no desire to cook so I'll probably have some ricotta cheese with vanila and equal and maybe some almonds. AND...Wine!
