Breakfast - 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese with vanilla and equal
Lunch - Salad with tuna and lf cheese and oil and vinegar
Dinner - Mashed cauliflower and 2 slices Roast Beef
2 Slices of Pepperidge Farm Carb Style 7 Grain Bread (Very Good)
- Only 60 calories a slice
1.5 grams of fat
8 carbs
3 grams fiber
0 sugars
5 grams protein

Didn't eat much today. That's not good.
Breakfast/Lunch - 1 piece of Quiche
Dinner - Mashed cauliflower with couple of slices of roastbeef.
2 glasses of wine

Daughter is home from college for the weekend for her birthday. We went shopping. So lunch was tough.
Breakfast - Ricotta Cheese with vanila and equal.
Lunch - 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers with lettuce and without the rollsfrom Wendy's.
Dinner - Went to Red Robbin (daughters choice) had a Swiss Cheeseburger with mushrooms and no bun.
At the moment - I'm having a glass of wine cut with seltzer.
I didn't get to walk today, but I hope mall walking will count for a little.
