I haven't budged any this weigh in. Considering I was traveling, I didn't have a chance to work out (I know that's a pretty lame excuse). But, I managed to eat healthy and not gain any weight :) So it's not a bad journal. But it isn't great either. Ran 1.5 mile today and did a bit of weights. I'm hopeful things will pick up this week.

Managed to drop a few pounds even though I consumed some carbs this week. Awesome! I also managed to get in 3 days of ab workouts this week including some running of course. Instead of distance like the last two months, I'm trying trying to do really tough exercises to perhaps burn as opposed to building cardio.

9.71 km today! A new personal record. A year ago, I was lucky if I could even do half a mile :) I noticed with this whole weight loss thing and this additional running I've been losing muscle. So I stacked up the freezer with tons more chicken. Hope to keep cardio moderate while adding some additional weight training while somehow losing 20 more pounds to meet my final goal. This is confusing!

Yesterday was my treat myself day so I had some calamari and some not so cheesy pizza. Oh, and a few brewskis :) Probably not the healthiest treat, but I woke up this morning and burned it all off. Note to self: treats are ok, but not ones that make you feel icky the next day.
Hovering on 191. Hope to be in the 180's next week.Yay.
Mr. Tummy, we had our good times and our bad times. But, me and you, we just don't work well together.
