Made it through my first real day on paleo without any white carbs. Forgot how much preparation any planning eating healthy can be. I can feel my body reacting to the change with the sneezing, and sluggishness. "AHHH green stuff, AHHH activity, AHHH healthy" suck it body. You're going down!

Left the gym for financial reasons. Got two dogs. My regular activity went from working out almost every day to none, other than walking the dogs. Found a happy medium, got back to eating healthy and look to shedding off that extra weight I put on.

Appears I put on muscle weight. I'm doubtful it's fat because I've been doing a lot of cardio and still been eating healthy. I'm actually beginning to think this stop/go/fluctuation I'm having is my body putting on muscle due to the amount of weight training I am doing.
