It's been a work out day! Finished an hour at the gym. Ate, and wanted to run some more.

Once again. I had another week of carbs. Not too much, but still enough to make me feel like I did horrible. Didn't eat burgers or fries. But, I did have pasta I think twice this week. Not preparing meals, being sick caused such a spiral. So I really need to figure out how to deal with this :( I can't always predict when I'm going to be late or when I'm going to be sick. I would love to eat soup when I'm sick, but it's packed with so much sodium. Anyone have any healthy suggestions?
Good news..kicked butt yesterday at the gym to make me feel slightly better. Meals have been better all weekend. I guess because I actually have time to prepare for meals and it also helps when you don't feel sick.

It's that time of year again. Tons of candy laying around. So tempted to sit out back with a coffee and a nice chocolate bar. Oh how nice that would be. I took one peek at the candy basket and had to walk away. One thing a food diary taught me was that the bad sugar indulgences led to poor meal choices later while also making me feel hungry and never satisfied. So, Mars bar, you don't win today.
Cardio today included, the stairmaster 10 minutes (level 5), 15 minutes of running, and the arc trainer for 20 minutes.:D
It was a good day :D Happy Halloween.
P.S Added another low carb alternative on my blog :D

Despite my downward spiral last week. After some dedicated cardio days and healthy eating I was able to knock it down 3 pounds. Goes to show you. You can fail and cheat. But it's not the end of the world. Now, all I need to do is lost 5 more pounds. Now to think of it, wow, that will be 30 pounds down since September for me. Jeez!

Spaghetti Squash with Pesto and diced up chicken is my new favorite low carb meal! Absolutely love it. Honestly, I think it can make up for the lack of pasta on my diet.
