I didn't record anything yesterday as I didn't do anything. I'm not really sure why and I can come up with all kinds of excuses why I didn't walk but it is like lying to myself. I came up with my feet hurt but I have walked with them hurting before. I was able to walk today but it was just a calorie burning walk. I ate at Red Robin last night. I had a mushroom burger and when I weighed myself after my walk I was down another pound.

There are two types of walks I do. One is a calorie burning walk and the other is a fat burning walk. I'll describe each. The calorie burning walk is where I walk at a leisurely pace. That's when I walk with others. I do that with four different people that all have their different pace. I don't necessarily like that walk because it takes so long. Now the fat burning walk is a lot faster. It is where I listen to my music and walk at a faster pace. When I walk at the calorie burning pace I do not sweat. My heart rate doesn't get up fast enough for me to sweat. Now when I do the fat burning walk I sweat a lot. I sort of jog for a little bit and I breathe harder. When I get done with the walk I have to take a .25 mile cool down lap. I personally like the fat burning walk more.

I really wish I had taken before photos of myself. I find myself lacking motivation to do walks lately and if I had those before photos to look at then I bet that would motivate me more. Don't get me wrong I am not gaining or going back to what I weighed I''m just saying on those mornings when I go to the fridge to get a drink before I go out it would be nice to look at before photos. I don't have them because when I weighed 407 I was avoiding the camera like it had the plague. I knew I didn't look good so there was no reason to share it with anyone. I think I might dance a little today. Maybe 30 minutes.

I didn't record for the past two days but I walked albeit lightly. I am finding it difficult to start back up again. I have to see my goal. I want to fit in an XL not a 2XL!

1/15 - 1.82 miles
1/16 - 6.77 miles

I think I will take it a bit easier. It's not like I am in a race with anyone. I will take sat and sun as a rest day. That means I won't walk my usual speed and not for as long.
This lady gave me her laptop today because she was locked out of it and I got her back in. I had to cut my walk a little shorter because I didn't want her computer stolen but I still got walk done.
