Good evening FS!
I haven't logged in a while...no excuses just hectic job.
I've been on target with eating, water, and exercise today. My calories had been a bit low due to stress, but I've decided I need to get a grip on my worrying more so than my eating habits. Starting today, I'm going to get back to activities I love, like gardening and painting. I also enjoy digging for diamonds, which hubby and I will be doing Friday :) There is a diamond mine about an hour from our house. I'm super excited!
I'm on my own until Thursday, so it's an easy dinner tonight, lol. This is Green Giant garden medley steamers.

Good morning and Happy Monday!
I don't know about the rest of you, but daylight savings is really messing with me, LOL! I'm not sleepy when it's time to go to bed, and definitely not ready to wake up. Hopefully, tomorrow morning I'll feel like doing a DVD and kettle bell.
We had a rainy Saturday, and the yard was pretty soggy Sunday, so I didn't get to spend much time outdoors. I did finish a couple of paintings and got a lot of housework done, so not completely unproductive.
Today, I've brought some fruit for snacking, and already have a good start on my water for the day. A kickboxing DVD is on my agenda for this evening :)

It's been a super stressful day, and I'm really low on calories. I'm a stress non-eater, which is not great.
I'm trying to keep drinking lots of water, and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Good morning and Happy Monday!
OMGosh...I was pretty bad this weekend. Actually, not terrible but I ate more than I usually do since I was celebrating my b-day.
I still feel over-stuffed today so am only consuming raw fruit, veggies and water for the next couple of days.
I did do 25 each of kettle bell dead lifts and swings this morning, so I feel a little better after that.
I know my office will try to take me out to eat, and will have a cake for me, but I will politely decline :)

Good evening!
It's been a hectic few days, so I haven't had a lot of calories or exercise. Hopefully I can do a quick cardio or kickboxing DVD tomorrow morning.
Tonight, I've made some overnight oats for tomorrow's breakfast. I'm still doing IF, and that's pretty much a lifestyle for me now.
I'm hoping to focus on toning and adding more raw foods to my diet.
