Good morning FS!
Just checking in since I haven't done a journal in a while. I'm doing pretty good as far as foods, and trying to drink lots of water.
I'm currently working on getting some daily exercise. We have had so much going on, and I'm just squeezing it in as I can.
This morning, I was up at 3:30 and was able to do a kickboxing DVD and 2 minute plank. I feel SO much better now! I'm going to walk/run the stairs at work during my breaks.
I've been trying to wean myself off of coffee, since my anxiety has been high lately. It's been causing me to have a hard time sleeping...even though I never drink it past 10am... and makes my anxiety a lot worse. So far, I'm down to 1 cup every morning. I may allow myself that since it doesn't seem to affect me negatively.
I brought healthy foods to work today, and pretty excited about trying the Birds Eye super food steamable veggies!

Happy Thursday! Friday, for me :)
This was a relatively easy day at the office, thankfully. This morning I was up at 3:45 and did a 15 minute kettle bell workout. My WOE was good all day, but I'm behind on water as usual.
Tomorrow, hubby and I have the day off together, and I'm really looking forward to it. We will drop Sarge at water treadmill for rehab, go to hubby's appointment for annual diabetes check, and then come home to work in the vegetable garden. He's been gone a couple of days, so is ready to hang around the house, lol.
I'm hoping to get some much needed exercise tomorrow and over the weekend. Our weather is perfect for walking!

Happy Hump Day!
It's gorgeous here today, so I think I may do a little gardening when I get home. I plan to break up the soil and fertilize, and hopefully plant this weekend.
This has been another good day of sticking to my WOE. I'm behind on my water, so need to do better with that. Tonight, I hope to do my kickboxing DVD and have some down-time after. Hubby is fishing until tomorrow so it will definitely be an easy dinner night! :)
