Good morning FS!
I was up at 3:30am, but had to keep exercise light since I hurt my lower back yesterday morning when I twisted wrong. My doctor said it's sciatic, and that I should be okay to do some stretching. So, this morning it was Pilates :)
I've got a good start on my water already, and have really been working on drinking more. Hopefully I'll notice a difference in my body. I've been doing great staying under my 1200 calorie goal, and burning more than I take in.
It will be a balmy 75+ degrees here today, so I need to get busy toning!

Good morning FS!
I didn't log anything this weekend because we were just so busy. I didn't stray from my WOE, except for Saturday when we went out to lunch. I had the large salad and a small side of sweet potato fries...not too bad!
I was up at 3:30 this morning, and did 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, 25 kettle bell swings, and a 1 minute plank. I feel better if I do at least a few minutes of exercise before work. I'll do a longer workout when I get home this evening.
I've brought a homemade whole wheat pancake for breakfast, and a salad for lunch today.

Good morning and happy Thursday!
It's been a really rough few days, stress-wise, so I haven't logged my food as I should. I pretty much stuck to my usual foods..just didn't have the time to log. Last night, Sarge had acupuncture so I didn't even eat dinner since we got home pretty late. I'm not big on skipping meals but do like the 'light' feeling that comes with it, LOL.
This morning I was up at 3:45, so did 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, and 30 kettle bell swings. It's not much, but better than nothing :)
This morning's breakfast will be fresh carrot chips with an organic dip I made from yogurt and assorted spices.

Good morning and Happy Monday,
I just logged my food from yesterday, and am shocked that I ate under 1000 calories even with homemade enchiladas. I'm SUPER happy about that!
This morning I did basic old-school exercises...50 jumping jacks, 50 squats and a 1 minute plank. I wasn't awake enough at 3:30 am to follow a DVD after staying up for the Super Bowl.
I've brought healthy foods today, so hopefully will stay on track.
