Good morning!
Well, yesterday I got an email from the Curves that I go to, and the owner has decided not to renew her lease :( Bummer. That was the only one close to where I live, so I've been searching online for some home exercises that mimic a Curves circuit. I've found one that looks promising, and I already have everything that I need to do it, so will try that this evening :)
This morning, I was up at 3:30, so had time to do a quick kick boxing DVD, some kettle bell swings, and a one minute plank. I think the plank has got the be the hardest exercise I do, LOL.
My WOE is good, but my water intake could be a lot better. I've been so busy that I've barely been drinking it at all. I know it's important so will try to do better.
I'm still cooking mostly Mediterranean foods, and my fall veggie garden will really help with that. I have kale, spinach, radish, cucumbers, and pepperoncini pepper growing.

Good morning and TGIF,
I hope everyone in the path of Irma stays safe this weekend!
This morning, I did a quick kettle bell workout. I was pretty tired because I did a lot of work in our flower beds yesterday...about 3 hours. My calories are a bit low so I'll be adding organic peanut butter to my daily foods, and maybe some Greek yogurt.
I love my morning coffee, and have a Keurig on my desk at work. Today I put a little milk in my cup before brewing my VitaCup coffee pod...it made a nice foam on top and was awesome! A new favorite :)

Good grief, it's been a long time since I posted a journal. There has been so much stressful, chaotic stuff going on that I just haven't had time. I have been trying to read and support the journals of others, though :)
I'm still maintaining my weight, and still eating well. My water is an ongoing struggle, and I do need to get back to regular exercise and Mediterranean WOE. I did do a kettlebell and kickboxing workout this morning before work.
I've planted our fall garden, and already have kale, spinach, radish, and peppers coming up.
Other than that, not much going on other than everyday life. I'll try to post more regularly.
