Decided to take the week off of exercise and journaling I did still kept to my 20 grams of carbs except for two days I had ice cream. Tonight I'm going for Chinese and then their is super ball night on Sunday so I will be starting my food journal on Monday again, but I did lose 2 lbs this week. I think I'm gonna go exercise free again next week and see if I lose again. See everyone Monday.

Everything went good again today.
I stayed within my 20 grams got all my exercising in and now I'm just relaxing for a little, before I go downstairs to workout with Jim tonight.

Well took yesterday off and went to a gun show and then we stopped for lunch. Big mistake I diffidently went over my carbs for the day.
Today I stayed on track with my carbs and I did my morning workout like normal, but after dinner Jim and I went down to stairs to the gym and worked out for 30 minutes. I'm so proud of him for deciding to start exercising with me.
I did tell him to start out slow for the first couple of weeks so he doesn't burn himself out. 😃😃😃.
