I had another good day working out. I'm a little excited about getting the Zumba DVDs next week, so after my work- out on the elliptical I started dancing for a half an hour to loosen up my muscles and it kinda felt good moving around again. I admit I'm not as skinny as I was a year ago, but I can still shake my body around there's just a little more to shake 😊.
I also made two videos
The first one I talked about me starting the Atkins diet and about the weight I lost so far then I kind showed where I needed to lose weight body weight stomach,hips,thighs, and my behind. 😳
The second video I took all my measurements. To show the inches I'm losing encase the scale doesn't move for me.
I decided my going to keep a video diary every week, so I can see the changes my body is making. I'm hoping that this will help me on my weight lose journey.
I usually give up after a couple of weeks if I don't see the scale move and I never really looked to see how my muscles were toning up.
Hopefully this will work.
I also did good on staying at my 20g of carbs .

Well today I'm back on track.
I got on my elliptical machine for an hour and then I went shopping and walked around the store for an hour.
I brought fresh vegetables, so that I could lightly cook them instead of eating canned vegetables .They taste a lot better I have to admit. Even though their a little more expensive, but I feel that since I gave up going out to dinner once a week I can afford it.
I cut everything up when I got home. Then cooked up some chicken breasts and eggs for my salads for this week, so I should be good unless my husband gets into my boiled eggs again 😄. He's been eating them like crazy.
Well I guess that about does it for me today. Until tomorrow.

Well today I had to go over my 20 net carbs my husband made his famous Chili and corn bread and he insisted that I eat some. I'll hate myself later I know, but it is good chili.

I was hoping to lose a little more weight this week . Hopefully next week will be better. At least I'm closer to to goal weight right.
