Today back up to 145.8????????? What is going on. only 1000 calories yesterday and ran 3 miles burning almost 500 calories how can this stupid body hang onto the weight? I absolutely don't understand how this is possible. I don't know what else I can do to lose.
AND its Sunday and I am having my favorite kettle corn! Hopefully this Sunday I will pass on the candy bars!

10 days of eating really good and keeping calories to 1200 or under, net carbs to 50 or under, ran 7 miles so far this week, 16 1/2 miles last week. The scale still says 146 this morning which is up 1 lb from last week. HOW CAN THAT BE???? So very frustrated. How do I jumpstart my body to lose something???
Went completely overboard on the carbs today. 105 and only 10g fat. That ought to make me gain a lb or two by tomorrow!!! Calories only 1286! Ran 3.4 miles and burned 519 calories according to the treadmill! But I can pretty much guarantee a gain because of the carbs. I did do the Modere carb blocker, for all the good it will do me.

Sunday really set me back. The scale now says 146. Haven't seen that number since I started losing in 2016. Followed xyngular to the letter the last two days and no loss! How can that be. Calories under 1200 everyday. Ran 3.3 miles on Monday and 4 on Tuesday. probably burned almost 500 calories. What do I have to do to lose these lbs.????? I can't figure it out. Very confused and in need of help. Not sure what to do, at some point the scale should move down. Not losing inches like others have said they do even tho the scale doesn't move. The only thing I had that I souldn't have is one rice krispie bar. ONE!!!!! How can one little thing like that make me hold onto that weight??

Yesterday was Sunday and of course I made my kettle corn and ate all of it and then proceeded to eat two candy bars. Did not get on the scale this morning, scared to. Am trying to do a really low carb day-25-30 carbs. I will use my lean shake today to compensate. The good news is that the candy is gone so no temptations for the next two days at least. We go to town on Wed. so I will need to address my urge to buy chocolate then. Did pretty good on my run. Made 3 miles in 33:20. I was afraid the eating yesterday would slow me down today but I pushed through.
