Still sitting at 146.6. Yesterday was 144.2 and today back up the 2 lbs. I only seem to be able to lose the same 2 lbs and then gain them back.

Well here I sit at 146.6 now. Why am I gaining? I can't figure it out. Yes, once a week I eat too many carbs, but my calories are still under the 1200 range. Ran over 16 miles last week. Friday and Sat. kept my carbs to 30 or under. Not sure what else to do. Sigh! Sigh! Sigh! What do I do????????

Well not a great day with Bob's funeral today. Way too much cake and now I am drinking Dr. Pepper to de-stress!! I am looking to make a great start tomorrow!

Trying a different approach. Quit taking all xyngular weight loss and protein shakes yesterday. Will be off them til Friday to see if I can reset my metabolism. Friday I am doing a protein shake challenge with Vickie so will do protein shakes again but may not go back on the cheat or carb blockers til maybe next week.

Even starving myself does not result in a lb or two loss anymore! Sigh! Too depressing to contemplate. I only ate dinner yesterday, ran almost 4.5 miles, and still weighed in at 145.6. HOW!!!
